One of Spokane's busiest young mothers is Mrs. Joel E. Ferris II, president of the Junior league and active in the Women's Association of the Spokane Philharmonic orchestra. "Helping" mother at the Ferris home, E431 Sixteenth, are Toby, 18 months; Sam, 3; Sara, 8, and Joel, 10.
